The Best Disney Films Ever!
So lets get started, I will be bringing you the best disney films ever made in my list of the top Disney movies!I will bringing these to you in Chronological order, so you can, if you wish, even see how their films have advanced through the years!
The First Ever Animated Disney Film
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Snow White and the Seven Dwarves brought in a whole new era of the film industry, with the first ever animated feature length film. The graphics, while rather dated by today's standards, were ground breaking at the time, and helped to start the entire animated film trend.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs brings together one of the classic fairy tales with the Disney movie magic, to create a hugely successful movie. The heartrending story keeps the reader engaged, with the hilarious seven dwarfs providing a light edge to the devious story of power and evil, against good and help!
Best Disney Film Ever
Bambi - One of the Best Disney Movies Ever
Bambi was one of the earliest Disney films, it was also one of the most emotionally fueled films, credited with converting Paul McCartney with his interest in animal rights, and with Bambi being used in several forms to promote fire safety in woodlands. The Bambi film itself is an emotional tale of a young deer named Bambi who loses his mother to a hunter. An emotional tale with some forest sidekicks follows Bambi as he grows up in the forest, fights for love, and escapes the danger that is humans.
While this flm proved a flop in the box office, this was generally attributed to World War Two. it was later on that Bambi genuinely became a success, and that would be a success well deserved. It's tale of danger and love is one which has affected the lives of millions, as this truly endearing tale touches the hearts and minds of everyone who views it.
Peter Pan Disney Movie
Peter Pan
Peter Pan, the boy who never grew old, was one of the best Disney Movies ever made. This often told tale, was brought to life by the original Disney animators, as they brought together a humorous tale of action and adventure in Neverland.
The Peter Pan Disney Movie was one of my favorite Disney films as a kid, and to this day it remains a film that I could still watch again and again. The Disney Peter Pan is a perfect film for any young child, holding rapture for boys and girls alike.
While Peter Pan does remain one of my favourite films, it is sometimes hard to decide exactly which of the amazing Disney range is in fact the best out of them all!
Disney Love Story Lady and the Tramp!
The Lady and the Tramp Disney Movie
The Lady and the Tramp tells of a love story between an upper class cocker spaniel and a stray mutt who lives on the streets. The Lady and the Tramp is one of the best Disney movies of all time, bringing a romantic tale of love and heroism to this top Disney film.
As the tale entwines the two dogs have to avoid the dreaded dogcatcher and a viscious feral pack, all to come to the perfect Disney happy ending. This fantastic film is as always available on cheap Disney DVDs, giving you a great way to entertain you and your family with this brilliant story.
The Lady and the Tramp really does come across as one of the most heartwarming films, with its romantic tale of a love story between the separated poor and rich classes. This disney film captures the true difficulties faced as the two dogs from separate classes fight to be together.
Best Disney Movie
One Hundred and One Dalmatians
One Hundred and One Dalmatians is one of the most iconic children's Disney films of all time. It' strong recognisable cast including the devious Cruella De Vil (Who has one of the most recognizable 'Bad Guy' songs in Disney history) and of course en masse the entire one hundred and one dalmatians.
One Hundred and one Dalmatians has a fine twist of humor entwined with it's cleverly written plot, easily making this one of the best Disney films ever made. One Hundred and One Dalmatians circles around the lovable Dalmatian Pongo, who attempts to find his owner, Roger, a mate of his own, but also finds a love interest for himself. The story soon progresses when Pongo's plans come to fruition, and he even becomes the father of 15 puppies/
Things go awry however when Cruella De Vil visits upon the family and steals all the dogs in an attempt to create a soft fur Dalmatian coat. This amazing Disney movie follows the dogs as they battle to reclaim their puppies, but soon find that there is more at stake!
Classic Disney Films
The Parent Trap
The parent trap is a hysterical Disney film based around two young twin girls who are unaware of each others existence until they meet each other at a summer camp, and find out that they are in fact twin sisters. This is one of the best Disney movies that was not animated, and even had a remake made in 1998!
The two sisters in the Disney film the Parent Trap switch both find themselves wanting to meet their other parent, so create a devious plot to switch places on their return from summer camp. Things take a comedic twist when the daughters realize that their father is about to become married to a gold digger, and set about finding devious ways too usurp the new lady in their fathers life, and re-unitite their estranged parents.
This film is great for all the family, it's laugh out loud style mixed with it's feel good family feeling help to make this one of the greatest Disney movies of all time.
Top Disney Films
The Sword in the Stone
The sword in the stone is definitely one of my favorite Disney films of all time. It mixes magic with wonder, action and adventure. It tells the tale of a poor orphan boy named Arthur (Nicknamed Wart), working in his step fathers castle cleaning and slaving away.
He soon meets up with Merlin, an eccentric wizard who lives in the nearby woods. Merlin teaches him about the world around him, and leads him on towards his destiny as the future King of England.
The heart warming tale of a young boy, desperate to impress his father, and help his brother Kay, without any recognition, has unfortunately been undervalued by the public, however it's magical Disney tale entrances any child who watches it, more so than many of the more recent tales such as 'A Toy Story', which is still a very good film in its own right.
Out of all the best Disney films, The Sword in The Stone is the Disney movie which captured my attention when I was younger.
Best Disney Film known the World Over
Mary Poppins
The London Nanny, the choir trained chimney sweeps, and the birds that need feeding, all made in to one fantastic musical films. The Disney Movie Mary Poppins centers around the Banks family,
Mr Banks, a rather strong willed authoritative banker who has trouble finding a nanny for his wayward children. A queue of nannies turn up for the job, but they are blown away by a mysterious wind as Mary Poppins drops down from the sky.
A comical adventure of wonder comes along with the two children as their new Nanny brings along the wonders of a bottemless bag, a floating Uncle, and a wonderous chimney sweep. Along with the rather strange cast of characters, Mary Poppins brings in a whole range of musical songs which have made the movie a classic success.
The Jungle Book Best Disney Musical
The Jungle Book
The Jungle Book has to be my all time favorite Disney film. The lovable characters, the growing up of Mowgli, and the additively fantastic songs. Who hasn't heard the Disney classics 'The Bear Necessities' and 'I Wanna Be Like You', both of which you will find yourself singing along to days after you watched the Disney movie, The Jungle Book.
The Jungle Book follows the story of the young boy Mowgli who is raised by wolves lives a fairly blessed life, that is up until the wolf council decides to expel him from their pack, due to the dangers of the man eating Tiger Shere Khan.
The Disney Film tale unfolds as Bagheera and Baloo take the young man cub Mowgli to his man village, where he will be safe from the wrath of Khan.
This song is funny, smart and put well together, and was a film that Walt put a lot of work in to after the Sword in the Stone failed to appeal to many at the time. The Jungle Book did amazingly well on release, and was also well received by critics, which some claim was due to Walt's death, but personally I think was down to this Disney movies amazing quality!
The first ever Herbie Movie from Disney
The Love Bug
The Love Bug is the first of the Disney films to feature the lovable car Herbie, who went on to spawn a fairly large number of sequels. Herbie is a Volkswagen Beetle who has developed a personality and the ability to control himself.
Through a series of circumstances a racing driver called Jim Douglas, who is infatuated with Carole Bennett, and his best friend Tennessee. Jim overcomes a huge range of problems, mostly incited by his vicious rival Peter Thorndyke.
This fantastic Disney movie takes a whole range of human emotions and moulds them in to a superbly put together film ,with laughs and love mixed with true Disney film style.
